Results are not guaranteed

Results vary from person to person. Whitening results depend on individual tooth structure, existing discoloration, previous whitening, lifestyle habits, and existing dental restorations. BrightSmile does not guarantee a particular shade, degree of whitening, or duration of results.

Sensitivity and other reactions

Temporary tooth sensitivity and/or gum or soft-tissue irritation may occur. Individual reactions vary. Clients must follow all aftercare instructions and promptly inform BrightSmile of significant or unexpected discomfort.

Existing dental work

Crowns, veneers, fillings, bonding, bridges, implants, and other restorations, including restorations on front teeth, may not whiten like natural teeth. BrightSmile does not guarantee that existing dental work will match natural teeth following whitening.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their dental history, medications, allergies, sensitivities, oral conditions, and existing dental work. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk.

BrightSmile reserves the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue a service when it appears inappropriate or unsafe based on information provided or observed.

Dental care

BrightSmile services do not replace regular dental examinations or treatment. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate dental care when they have dental pain, active oral conditions, unexplained changes, or other dental concerns.

Photos and media

Photographs or videos may be taken for service documentation. Marketing or promotional use of a client’s identifiable photographs or videos requires separate permission.

Appointments and payments

Appointment availability, pricing, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and payment terms may be subject to the policies displayed at the time of booking or purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrightSmile Teeth Whitening Studio and its owner, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of the website or cosmetic whitening services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
